Empyrion acquires 12.5 MW Green DC in Singapore
12.5MW Green DC Targets Hyperscale and Enterprise customers

Asia’s next-generation infrastructure investor Seraya Partners (“Seraya”) announced that Empyrion DC Pte. Ltd. (“Empyrion”), a portfolio company wholly owned by Seraya funds, together with its co-investors have acquired Dodid Pte. Ltd. (“Dodid”).
Located in Singapore, Dodid is a Tier-III state-of-art data centre facility serving the largest hyperscale customers in Asia with a total power capacity of 12.5 megawatts (MW). Singapore occupies a leading position as one of Asia’s most advanced data centre markets, growing at 8% CAGR from 2020 to 2026 to reach US$ 4.7 billion in market size and serves a region that is also the world’s fastest growth and largest cloud hyperscale data centre market.
Following the acquisition, Seraya and Empyrion operating teams will work closely to launch cutting-edge high-power density hyper-scale DC services, deploy smart energy management solutions, and leverage available green renewable energy to reduce carbon footprint.
